Room is very clean with daily cleaning services, bed is comfortable. The cleaners and receptionist are very friendly, you are welcome to ask for more water from the cleaner and we even got allowed to check out at 2pm (originally 12pm) by the receptionist.
Location is strategic, just 5mins walking from the subway station and lots of food around, with 1 convenient store located just 1min away from the hotel.
The hotel even provided free laundry service!
Overall the hotel is 9/10. The only downside is the a/c is under central control, you can't adjust the room temperature by your own preference, which annoyed me quite abit.

There is smoke smell inside rooms, even though there's sign showing nonsmoke. The front desk kindly changed the room for us,and even upgraded to a larger room. Unfortunately there's still smoke smell inside the second room. I guess it's because the air conditioner is completely shut down when nobody inside. Once it's turned on, it's a lot better. The location is convenient. Room is relatively new, except one corner of the lamp above drops off. Bottled water is offered every day. We're overall satisfied with the stay.

The room was very satisfactory, clean and comfortable, and close to the subway entrance, about four or five minutes' walk. The bedding was comfortable, the wet and dry areas were separated, and the shower was very good. The waiter was enthusiastic, and there was plenty of drinking water in the room. The hotel rooms are exquisite, clean and sanitary, and the service is warm.
