房東很熱情，回答問題很及時，民宿裏面也有牙刷毛巾什麼的，就住一晚還是比較推薦，也不缺什麼東西，總體來説比較好！

房間設施簡陋，實物和圖片還是有差別的，窗户是壞的，打不開，桌子是斷腿的，床品、毛巾、浴巾都不是純棉的，也沒有配一次性拖鞋，有蚊子沒有給配驅蚊液，快五百的價格沒啥性價比，房東還行，其他沒啥優勢！

熱水需要放很久才會熱，枕頭太高了特別不舒服，床單被罩都不是棉的，起靜電，床墊彈簧特別硬，參差不平，硌得慌！

因為要在大興機場坐飛機，就選了這個民宿，打車四十元到客運大樓。非常滿意，住宿方便，價格實惠，比之前在四環邊的賓館好太多了。三室一廳，一家五口住，非常舒服，房東也熱情，有點家的感覺！！

雖然附近沒有直接地鐵站，需要轉一次公交車到地鐵站，開始我老公嫌棄我定的太遠，但是實際住下了很不錯，優點：1.經常遇見空乘人員（～（￣▽￣～）~，2.附近吃的比較方便，外賣也方便，主要是價格也不貴；3.自己做飯買菜方便，且超市有小份的米、油等，可以做點自己家鄉味；4.總體環境比較安靜；5.附近葯房、燒烤店、麥當勞等都有，孩子們喜歡漢堡，長者喜歡自己做。一家人最喜歡買超市的速凍餃子、抄手，加上自己重慶帶過去的小麪佐料，那才是南北結合，鮮香麻辣，美味佳餚。
