Urba Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station Lize Business District)

This stay was beyond my expectation! The hotel is located in the downtown business district, a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and surrounded by delicious food. The room design is modern and artistic, with 180° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city night view. The mattress is moderately soft and hard, and you can sleep well all night. I especially praised the service details - the front desk quickly checked in and actively upgraded the room type; the guest room provides a handwritten weather reminder card every day, which is very considerate. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, and the freshly cooked seafood porridge is fresh and warm. The infinity pool on the top floor has clear water, and swimming at dusk feels like being in the sky. When you leave the hotel, you will receive a special gift. The home-like experience is unforgettable. It is highly recommended for business travelers and vacationers!

Came here because it was rated 4 diamonds on Ctrip. The room was terrible. The chain on the door lock of the first room was broken. I asked the staff to change the room in the afternoon, but they were reluctant to do so until I showed them the video I had taken. The second room was very small. I needed to work on my computer, so I asked for a set of desks and chairs from the housekeeping staff. But they couldn't fit them. I went to the toilet, but it was blocked. I can only say that this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The only advantage is that it's close to the train station, although it's still more than a kilometer away.
