The hotel manager, 任经理，was very professional and helpful. He offered us a temporary room even while waiting for our room to be ready. All the staff are helpful and kind. Is definitely a good hotel to stay in, other than the visible smoke smell in the room, which the manager helped to resolve by putting air purifier in the room. The room is cleaned and tge bed is comfortable.
Would definitely recommend to friend.

The soundproofing is terrible. Not only are the kids and the aunties yelling loudly, but the cleaning noise in the morning is also quite loud. It's really noisy. I came to see a concert, so the location is very convenient, and there is not as much space and floors as in a star hotel. There is a lot of scale, but the hygiene is actually okay. People coming and going are very hurried, which always makes people feel that it is not clear.

Came to Wukesong to watch Lin Zhixuan's concert and booked this place. It's very close to the venue, quite convenient. The room is very cozy, clean, and the environment is good.
