Bad service, bad attitude from the boss. The first time I checked into a hotel was infuriating. The girls at the front desk were very polite and made sure the room had been moved and used. I reported that I put down my bag and went out, and returned to the hotel to check out at 7:40. Also ask the doorman to go to the room to confirm the room condition. The boss responded with a very impatient attitude. He did not confirm the check-in time with me or the room status. In one sentence, the fee would not be refunded. In the end, no refund was given without any discussion. As a business traveler with more than ten years of experience, this is the first time I have encountered such a bad attitude from a hotel, and I was extremely impatient. Ctrip called the hotel owner many times, but he still had a bad attitude and was unable to communicate (Ctrip informed me of this matter).
