第一次住這種共用衞生間的房間，對於一個女生來説特別不方便進進出出都需要鎖門。衞生間很小就幾平米，洗澡整個房都濕了沒法進人，也沒浴霸啥的暖房洗。天冷洗澡容易着涼。好在離演唱會比較近，十幾分鍾就走到了。小哥哥非常熱情有求必應。可能過來看病住住還可以

雖然是合租，但是房間衞生很乾凈，每個房間的旅客都很有素質，不吵不鬧，晚上睡覺也好安靜。
去301醫院走着都好近，離地鐵站也很近，出行方便，買東西也方便。
因為家裡人看病每月都要跑北京幾次，以前都是住的有點遠，以後就住他家了，非常方便。

他家還行，不過後來他給推薦的另一户，我們住了兩天，不是很滿意，沒有電視，屋裡温度沒有他家好，洗澡水流也小，房屋設施相比他家差點，關鍵同等價位，建議價位下調，讓顧客心裏能平衡些，我跟他商量了，不降價，他家走的時候我們連垃圾袋子都收走了，恢復如初，但是這家我們真的沒有心情收拾啦，講實話，沒有對比，沒有傷害，可能如果沒遇見他家，這家也應該能行吧

房間在32號院2號樓1樓，在小區比較靠裏的位置，從裏面走出來到小區門口快點7-8分鐘，長者走得慢，20分鐘，整個房間算是比較大的，另搭棚做的衞生間和廚房，隔音比較差，好在住的那兩天鄰居和巷子裏經過的人都沒有太大聲説話，房東態度很好，提供一次性牙膏牙刷和一次性毛巾（這點比同小區其他不提供牙膏牙刷和毛巾甚至不提供紙巾的房東好太多了）
