住了4個晚上，我們是5人的家庭旅遊，所以訂了兩居室，以下評價衹針對我個人的房型和體驗客觀描述，僅供參考。
設施：衹提供了床（被子枕頭）、空調、熱水器、洗衣機，以下必備物資需要自己採購：浴巾/毛巾、洗衣粉/洗衣液、牙具（衹提供一套一次性牙刷），這對於家庭出遊長住多日的客人來説不太友好。
衞生：入住時整理過，衞生整體還過得去，但不會每天打掃（實際上在入住期間沒有上門打掃過）。
環境：在老小區裏的居民樓裏，房子不是首頁照片的裝潢樣式，整體環境比照片差一些，房東給我分配的房型在4樓，無電梯，需要走步梯，而且樓棟也不是首頁上顯示的定位，距離五棵松地鐵口比較遠，預計比首頁上給出的定位多出至少一倍的路程，通勤不太友好。周邊也沒什麼吃的餐飲店，不過點外賣可以送到門口，小區附近有個叫西點茂的小商場（圖3）但是要走挺遠，小區整體還算安靜，不是很吵。
服務：除了微信網上辦理入住在，全程基本沒什麼服務（包括所謂的客房服務基本為零），但在微信上和房東辦入住的時候響應快，態度很好，這個點贊👍🏻。
整體來説我認為需要改善的地方還挺多的，而且房價不算便宜。以上供大家出行參考，也供房東借鑒改進，提前一個月預祝大家中秋/國慶快樂🤔

房子是老破居民樓裏面租的房子改的，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有礦泉水，沒有毛巾浴巾，晚上被蚊子咬醒打了好久蚊子，廁所是公共衞浴，兩間房用一個，被子有點發黃，感覺都不怎麼換，上面還有很多彎曲的小毛毛。總之記住了，便宜沒好貨！！！

小區出門就是一號線地鐵口，去哪玩也方便，而且離301醫院不遠，方便就醫。房間衞生乾淨設施齊全，老闆細心，有問題都詳細解答，給予幫助，點贊👍。

看房型，三人間雙床房和兩人大床房都不錯。前者空間大些帶涼台，1.5床略顯短點，但不影響休息。有空調，公共衞生間可洗澡（洗衣機）、廚房可做飯，冰箱微波爐都有。個別地方有提升空間，比如床單清潔度（不是不乾淨），衞生間氣味（微微有一點異味），總體都不錯。

怎麼説呢，在醫院附近，這個算乾淨的了，要是有行李，建議聯繫店家住個底層，這屬於一個屋住兩户，共用一個衞生間，下單時，我沒細看，都住進去了，突然來個人，嚇了一跳，沒願意折騰就住了幾天

房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，有洗衣機，有廚房和簡單的廚具，床單都洗乾淨的沒有異味，162元一碗的價格，在北京市區來説相當的划算，訂了一晚，之後兩晚果斷續住。打掃衞生的大姐和房東態度都非常好，下次來北京，依然住他家。
