JI Hotel (Beijing Liuliqiao Dong Subway Station)

The hotel service was terrible. I checked in on the evening of July 17th, and Ctrip indicated check-in until 2:00 PM on July 18th when I booked. At 10:46 AM on July 18th, my room card wouldn't open the door. I went downstairs to the lobby to ask the hotel staff why it was locked, and they said it was locked by the All Seasons headquarters. Absolutely terrible experience!

Very poor travel and accommodation experience 1. The hotel's hygiene is very poor. After sleeping for two days, I found a yellow patch on the head of the bed, which was covered by a pillow. The waiter cleaned for two days but found nothing and did not change the sheets. He went to the front desk to ask for them to be changed. 2. When I turn over in my sleep, the quilt creaks and makes me unable to sleep. I have never slept on such a poor quality quilt. 3. The ventilation system in the room is poor. Every day when I open the bathroom door, there is a smell. 4. One night, I almost didn't sleep all night. There was construction outside. I called the front desk, but the front desk replied that there was nothing they could do. He was very speechless and didn't know how to protect the rights and interests of customers. Not sleeping well one night will greatly affect your trip the next day. 5. According to relevant regulations in Beijing, toiletries are not provided proactively. I go to the front desk every day to ask for them. One day I asked for them, but the front desk replied that there was toothpaste in the room, and then they didn’t give it to me. I went back to the room and looked, but there was none. I just used a little bit of the remaining toothpaste overnight and the next morning. Before traveling, I chose several hotels, and I specifically chose All Seasons, hoping to improve the quality of my accommodation. However, I was very disappointed. Whether it was the hotel's facilities, management level, or the service content and quality of the service staff, it was not disappointing. People are satisfied. It can be said to be an extremely bad stay.

This is the kind of room I want to remodel. The lighting is just right, so it looks like a relaxing place. I chose a movie and spent 19 yuan, haha~~
