I have stayed in this village before. It is very quiet. In Beijing, it is all about quiet in the bustling city. This time, I chose Lao Maike's yard after a long time. First, I liked the relatively simple environment of his house. Second, it is really cheap. A two-bedroom room is less than 300 yuan. Compared with weekend homestays in the suburbs of Beijing, this price is rare. Before I went there, I saw online comments saying that the boss was very Buddhist. I didn't expect to see the feeling of not locking the door at night after I arrived. I arrived in the evening, and the boss was not there. The ghostly small yard was very impressive. The TV and computer in the public living room were turned on. The boss's little thoughts and small designs can be seen everywhere, especially the several thangkas on the wall and the Buddhist shrine in the living room. I called the boss and told him the room password directly and checked in by myself. To be honest, the room is definitely different from the more expensive enjoyment homestays. The room is full of the boss's own books and DVDs, as well as some furniture and small decorations made from waste. It is also unique. As for hygiene, I personally think it's okay. Don't pursue too much for such homestays. The main thing is the feeling of living. There are not many people living there. There is quiet music in the yard. Compared with the barbecue and noisy next door, I prefer such weekends. I would like to thank the boss for two things. During my stay, I accidentally broke his tea tray in the living room. I asked him to compensate me with one. He said it was not necessary, but fortunately he had another one. But I could see that he felt distressed. He was really a very generous person. We should have checked out at 12 o'clock. After dinner, we came back at 11:30 and fell asleep in the room. We went downstairs at more than one o'clock and saw the boss. He asked us enthusiastically if we were leaving. Please come often when you are free. It is really heartwarming. Another thing is that after I came back, I received a call from the boss asking if the Harry Potter necklace in the room was something we forgot. I said I thought it was something in his room. It was probably from the previous guest. It is really a very generous store. I really give a thumbs up to the boss. I rarely have the patience to make such a long review on the Internet. I spent three very happy days here with my good friends. The room has a balcony, which is great, and there is no extra charge for adding a quilt. The sheets and quilt covers are disposable, so there is no need to worry about whether they are clean or not. The huge living room on the first floor is very comfortable and is shared, as is the kitchen. The owner is very hospitable. You can also eat in the yard, enjoy the breeze, sunbathe and listen to music. I will come back for vacation if I have the chance~

I watched a play at the National University of Singapore, but it ended too late, so I decided to stay nearby. I saw a lot of places and thought the environment was good and the price was right, so I decided to stay here. The house is clean and tidy, and the decoration style is unique. The owner is a Buddhist, and there are all kinds of decorations in the house, which are very interesting. The bed is big enough for two people to sleep, but I hope the bathroom can be improved. I can't stand this faucet, hahaha

It was my first time staying in a B&B in Beijing and the experience was very good~ You can move freely on the first floor like at home, and the owner Mike also enthusiastically invited us to sing together haha! On the first day, I watched a movie on the sofa when I was alone. It was so comfortable~ I was lucky enough to taste the stew made by the boss (in his words, whatever you have is in it!) It was very delicious😋Because I came in winter, I didn’t move around in the yard much. It was also very good to drink tea and read books in the yard when the weather was warmer. The surroundings were very quiet. I personally like the decoration style of the B&B. There will be some Buddhist things, which may scare some people. You can cancel the room at any time when you arrive at the store. It is very user-friendly! I didn’t take pictures of the room because I was too lazy to clean up hahaha! Anyway, I am very satisfied! It’s hard to describe in one word. The bathroom drain is broken. To overflow. The bathroom is built on the balcony and is very simple. The temperature of the water is amazing, sometimes it's cold and sometimes it's so hot that it kills me. There was no network signal upstairs. My boss asked me to go downstairs and check my phone, so I went. Stayed for two nights and the bathroom was not cleaned. The socket was just a wired one, and it burned out on the last night, making me afraid to use my phone. Don't be greedy for cheap, the check-in experience is very bad!

It’s less than 20 yuan by taxi from Universal Studios. To get back to the hotel at Universal Studios, you can choose to take the subway for one stop. There is a lively night market after getting off. The boss is very nice and the prices are fair. The water drinks in his refrigerator are cheaper than those sold in the canteens outside. It only costs 6 yuan to go to Nestlé to buy a bottle.

This is the worst B&B in our trip to Beijing. On rainy days, the room smelled of mold. The walls were only half whitewashed and half bare. The bedding was poor and the blankets were hard. My daughter didn’t sleep all night. I covered myself with a quilt and slept with my clothes on. The drawers in the room were messy and the lights were dim. The only good thing was that there was a dryer. The boss was very nice, but the experience of staying in the room was terrible.
