前台服務人員態度好，到酒店後由於要外出，剛好外面飄着雨，向服務員詢問服務員熱情的拿出雨傘。酒店附近有好多小吃，衞生環境也好。

服務和環境都很棒！怪不得評分這麼高，還能洗衣服烘乾衣服，很方便。酒店環境特別好，比較年輕化，唯一不足的是離地鐵有一點點距離，我們都是掃個車騎過去三五分鐘，騎車也很快。

1、房間剛進去都沒打掃完，衞生間和床頭都有水漬。
2、床單麻麻賴賴，很粗糙，很不舒服。
3、物業前台，找各種理由，把自己責任退乾淨
4、物業前台，親友訪客永身份證圖片登記也不好用，堅持讓親友回家取原件，並且很不配合
5、早餐都是涼的，包子硬硬的
