Beijing 300 Years Designer Homestay (Huairou Qinglongxia Scenic Area)

I took my children to go skiing at Huaibei Ski Resort, and found this store by accident. It is very close to Huaibei Ski Resort. The design of the courtyard is exquisite, and the designer's style is great! The boss is very nice and the service is very good. I will come again next time!

The modern decoration style, my grandfather said it feels like being abroad, clean and comfortable. Each room is equipped with floor heating and air conditioning, the temperature is very good, there are chefs, and the ingredients are good. The butler is enthusiastic and the food is delicious. It was recommended by a friend, and the reputation is well-deserved.

It is really a very stylish homestay worth visiting. The owner is very tasteful, the decoration style, the furnishings are very tasteful, and more importantly, it is very, very clean. I heard that his home is a five-star homestay, and it is indeed a five-star hotel Standard, I have stayed in so many homestays, only their home let me leave a good review, and the service is very good, there is a butler on call throughout the whole process, and the dishes made by the chef are also delicious. 這家民宿我已經第二次來了，一如既往的好，首先環境衞生沒的説，其次配套齊全，開會，用餐，娛樂，全都不用操心，老闆安排的明明白白。而且我們趕上了大雨，幸好選擇了這家民宿，完全不受影響，陽光頂，太給力了。布草也非常舒適，哪兒裏都透露着高大尚的感覺。還會再光顧，真的很不錯的地方，真的非常推薦！

預訂日下午4:40左右到達民宿，老闆不在，員工也根本不知道有預訂，還是跟老闆通過微信語音確定的，攜程上有房間升級和入住歡迎水果我也用了，老闆電話裏説升級房型要補差價，歡迎水果也是沒有的，我預訂的房間跟前台check in還需要步行幾分鐘能到。 一個普通民宿681一晚沒有服務好歹把衞生做好，私湯是有一層灰的，肯定是不能泡的。洗手間上一次客人用過的洗漱用品連換都沒換敞着蓋子放在洗漱架上面，還好自己帶了洗漱用品，可是心裏依然十分膈應。 很少寫這麼長的評論，但確實給我的體驗很不好！

房間非常乾淨整潔，設施很新，整個民宿環境非常好，泳池水很乾凈，管家服務也很細心周到，小朋友玩水還有泳圈和水槍提供，民宿可以打牌還可以打球，非常適合家庭週末放鬆。民宿距離雁棲湖公園也不遠，周邊吃飯也很方便，很多店都很美味。

週末跟朋友在這兒開了一個party.很棒，非常出片，而且老闆真的很熱情，方方面面都幫忙安排得很到位，很省心。院子很漂亮並且真的真的很乾凈，進大廳就是補麪而來的清香，房間佈置獨具特色，床品舒適，設施設備都很很高檔，很喜歡。關鍵是我們隨便弄了點下午茶糕點什麼的都非常出片。團建，生日什麼的這裏太合適了，而且空間也很私密。很棒。祝老闆生意興隆。

這個民宿還挺有設計感的 就是外面不起眼 裏面有洞天的那種 我們這房間還帶個小院 挺乾淨的 高窗外景色也可以床單被子啥的都很不錯 服務也挺貼心的 挺滿意
