第一 住宿地址不是網上的地址。 佢話我訂的住處 無房 已滿
第二 酒店提供另一個住處 有可能是酒店自住的 我們進屋後他進來收衣服
第三 剛剛退房 多收我們$800 人民幣 話係清潔費 我們也交付 不想跟他理論
第四 間房 床舖同枕頭 都有酸臭味
十分差的旅程 根本換住處無人通知 去到門口先話無房 叫我地搬去另一到

房東人很好，有問題找他都能一一回答和提供幫助，挺不錯。地點在5環之內，四周環境很好，也有很多食店，日常用品都提供很充足，衛生是比較一般，很多地方都不乾淨，除這點，其他的都很好。感謝幫助。

剛訂房的時候，因為趕上了清明小長假，所以出現了房源緊張，但是小姐姐都幫解決了，到地方一進屋房間給人眼前一亮的感覺，當時在網上看見圖片沒想着比圖片上還乾淨整潔，家電齊全，日用品都有，什麼都不用帶，房間很寬敞，小姐姐準備了2樣拖鞋，小姐姐人很熱情，有一天小姐姐沒有房間了，建議住賓館，小姐姐幫在網上看的附近的賓館，因為出去玩走的時間早，小姐姐還幫把行李放到了賓館，無論有什麼問題小姐姐都熱情的幫忙，讓我這次北京之旅玩的非常快樂，下次去一定還找小姐姐訂房，強烈推薦👍👍👍

太方便了，做民宿和酒店的區別。直接把身份證發給房東，房東給我們密碼直接就進入房間入住。我們需要去不方便打車的地方。房東還給我們介紹。真是太感謝了。小區內就有超市，旁邊也有農貿市場和大型購物商場。下次來還住你家，祝房東生意興隆。

是居民樓裏的住宅房，老闆人很好，房間很大、舒適，床也挺乾淨的，不過肯定和酒店不同，房間裏的衞生細節還可以再提升提升。另外，沒有一次性用品有點不方便，建議給房間配上。

老闆娘熱情，服務態度很好。離高鐵站近，樓下就有超市，旁邊就是農貿市場。旁邊還有大型的購物商場。在這裡有家一樣的感覺。房間很温馨。可以自己做飯。㊗️老闆娘生意興隆，財源廣進，客似雲來。下次再來北京。還住你家的房子。感恩有你，謝謝。

這是我第一次到北京出差住民宿，住的很舒適，生活用品應有盡有，暖氣很暖和，訂外賣可以送到樓上，不用出門就行，離朝陽高鐵站很近，總體來説旅行出差辦事還能夠有住得像家一樣的感覺， 真的很滿意房間，小區也很好找，樓下就有超市，旁邊就是菜市場，各種生活需要的東西都可以買到，房東人特別好，祝生意興隆，下次有機會還住你家。
