Very nice tenant. The 2 beds room is sufficient if you just sleeping in the room (going out all day). They can provide more bathroom products if you ask !

標準大床房雖然寫的12㎡，但實體感受要大於這個面積，很寬敞，有電蚊香有拖鞋，出差住宿性價比很高啦。

老闆人很好，服務也不錯，因為我是來考試的有主動幫我調整房間，考完試有點晚超過點退房時間也沒另收我錢。
設施肯定就很普通吧，但能住，畢竟這個位置，要是設施那麼好怎麼不要雙倍價錢呢？
隔音一般，全看鄰居素質，一般晚上11點後大家也安靜了，如果很晚還不安靜老闆會幫你敲門，當然影響你學習的話，也可以自己敲門，畢竟大晚上人家吵鬧的人都沒不好意思，也沒什麼不好意思敲門的

屋子裡的空調裏都是垃圾，不知道有多少時間沒有清洗過了呀😷……屋子裡有蟲，每天也不及時提供驅蚊驅蟲的東西，😓預訂兩天的住宿，但第二天卻沒有提供應該有的東西，如：洗漱、沐浴、毛巾等等，這種標準與目前的標價實在不符！

位置交通便利，出門就是地鐵站和高架，周邊的日常餐飲也很方便。
房間有外窗，作為市區的經濟型來説，房間略小，但可接受。
總體來説，在旅遊旺季找到這個也不錯了，來晚點直接就客滿了——位置方便啊！ 旁邊就是個旅行社的集合點，一早上至少發了十多台車。
