I was pleasantly surprised and deeply moved. The hotel is designed to be a family-friendly hotel. It's spacious, clean, with high ceilings, excellent ventilation, and no odors. The rooms all have rounded corners, and the water is abundant and comfortable for washing and bathing. The hotel also has a pet park and a Chibabu park, where the kids couldn't get enough of them after two days. I highly recommend buying a feeding bag to double the experience. The staff at the hotel were all very nice and attentive. I especially want to thank the front desk manager, Chen, for her exceptional attentiveness and helpfulness. She was incredibly understanding and helpful, helping us with various itinerary changes for both children and the elderly. It was truly touching. I strongly urge the hotel to commend Chen for her exceptional service. My whole family has a great impression of the hotel and we couldn't stop thinking about it after we left, and we plan to return next time.

Cleanliness: Very good, with a hot water dispenser and coffee capsule machine in the room. Environment: Located across the street from the Expo Park, the hotel is full of childlike charm. The check-in desk is called "Expo Station," and the first-floor lobby features dinosaurs and other children's elements. Service: First of all, I would like to thank Mary, Judy, and Lisa for their enthusiastic service during our stay. We booked two rooms, and they upgraded us to connecting rooms, which was very convenient. My child fell asleep at noon, so I requested a late check-out, and they extended our check-in time as much as possible, allowing us to check in more comfortably. Dining: I didn't have high expectations at first, given the hotel's excellent price, but the breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The children were provided with lollipops and Nescafe coffee capsules, and the bread selection included my favorite alkaline bread. The food was comprehensive and delicious. In short, I will definitely stay here again if I come to Yanqing next time. It is the hotel with the best service among the hotels in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei that I have stayed in this year.

Originally, I just had the mentality of giving it a try, but I was amazed throughout the whole process! Everyone's performance was vivid and professional, and the music, stage design and plot were perfectly coordinated, which completely immersed us in the fairy tale. Even my "little beast" who usually couldn't sit still watched it intently. After the end, he chased the actors to take a photo, especially the "big beauty" who played the sister. She was full of drama, absolutely no less than professional actors, which was really amazing!
