離同仁醫院南區特別近，環境不錯，性價比高，老闆娘姐姐也特別好，住了好幾晚，非常不錯，交通也很方便，熱水24小時，屋內設施非常乾淨衞生

67號樓不知道有股啥味道，進去有點噁心！樓道臟亂差！房間灰塵明顯，像是沒打掃過一樣！房間不能開關燈，還需要去樓道里開，且這個開關也是個垃圾！隔音超級差，隔壁摸個塑料袋的聲音都能聽見，燒水聲也超大，他們大晚上了還在那説話説個沒完，還刷視頻，總之一個字:差！

是性價比不錯的一間房，挺乾淨的，床鋪很軟。採光非常好。房間一點也不顯壓抑。還有桌子椅子。樓下有便宜的餐飲。

又便宜，設備都挺齊全的，國慶節住了5天，完全沒毛病，就是房間插頭衹有一個，離北京市區有點兒距離（起早點做地鐵就好啦）老闆還給免費升級了房型，有問題也及時回答啦，特別好，這個價格真的不用猶豫！

又破又舊又臟，和圖片看起來完全不一樣，真不知道這樣怎麼能掛出來。滿屋一層灰，床鋪看着就不可能是一客 一換，沒有任何一次性用品提供，都不如招待所。定的套間説是獨立衞浴，其實還有別人進來用。大早上還有人來開房門，還有人在樓下做飯一屋子油煙味。是 loft 形式結果樓梯搖搖欲墜，旁邊還有什麼辦公室，非常不正規，200 一宿就是搶錢，無語，快跑吧。

連續兩天入住，今天換了房間，而且房間有升級，第一次入住的也是這個房間，這次房東大姐給換了一張大床，被褥依然乾淨，公共區域也乾淨衞生，支持，有需要會第一時間聯繫入住
