It’s a good place for those who want quiet time away from the city. Breakfast is purely Chinese. There’s nothing around so you better come with your snacks if you don’t eat Chinese food. The room are spacious and clean. The service is good

Hotel.bed and room was lovely
We were foreigners and the check in took us 45 minutes, she checked my visa 4 times and phoned the manager to check,I am not sure how she thought I got into China in the first place???? Very taxing

敢説是懷柔最最靠譜的酒店沒有之一！！！去年陪娃在懷北滑雪住了兩天，印象極佳，今年再訂六晚，臨行前還有點小擔心：是不是還會像去年一樣滿意？所幸依然超出預期，房間乾淨舒適，服務及時到位，園子維護良好，確實是私人民宿不能比擬的標準化規範化運營。查了下他家應該是首農集團旗下的，更讓人放心。酒店早飯豐盛美味，午晚點餐雖然價格偏貴但吃得出好食材和好烹飪。提兩個改進建議：一是淋浴間有必要加裝玻璃或浴簾，一是保暖二是安全，尤其這裏定位親子，對帶孩子的家庭來講這兩點更是重要。二是房間加一些掛外衣的地方，比如加個移動衣架就可以，會方便很多。期待明年再來，這裡會越來越好！

先説環境，實在沒的説，夏天來應該更美，孩子也很喜歡，院子裏好多貓貓，還有羊，羊駝，兔子
房間也很寬敞，一大家子住的特別舒服
然後問題，房間地板特別特別滑，泡完温泉老公第一個出來進屋去洗澡，也幸好老公第一個出來，剛進屋就摔了一大跤，沒走幾步就差點，剛要進浴室又差點，的虧沒有大事，要是老媽第一個出來恐怕就要醫院見了，因為老媽腰上有傷做過手術，這點太不到位了，老兩口出來都是扶着慢慢蹭着走的，希望換換拖鞋
最後説早餐，88真的不值，説是自助，就牛奶，酸奶，小橘子，沙拉（各種菜都切好放個盤子裏），自己倒點沙拉醬，小米粥，鹹菜，這幾樣是自己拿，其餘都是服務員看人數往桌子上端，品類也很低檔，就包子，餃子，玉米麪小饅頭，小花捲，核桃造型的糖包（這幾樣都是預製品一蒸），小油條，雞蛋，炸雞幾塊，玉米段，南瓜塊兒，就一小盤子綠葉菜木耳油菜，兩小盤腸兒，幾乎都是主食，要是説酒店是四星，這早飯也就招待所水平

酒店地點不錯，環境很優美，就是常常飄着陣陣臭味，房間外的動物味還可接受，但房間內入門左邊樓梯位有陣尿臭味，另外，服務方面真係要吐槽一下，複式親子房＇只有上層有暖氣，第一晚根本凍到睡不着，第二天前台送來暖風機，放在床邊，尚可對付零度的氣溫，房咭不知道為什麼每天也開不到門，天寒地凍每次也要行返去前台換卡，帶着小孩飲用水每天只有四瓶，額外的3块一支，價錢合理但不人性化，漱口杯放在洗手盆上，無緣無故滑了落盆中，早上再吃早餐時才發現手指流血了，吃完回房間才發現杯子有裂痕，退房時告訴前台，竟然說要在按金扣30元，無言，感覺不良好

總體體驗非常不錯。“靜中取靜”的一家酒店，裝修風格、基本設施都很好，工作人員也很熱情友善，早餐也非常豐盛。園區裏的貓很多很Cute。能想象夏天的話應該是個避暑消夏的好去處。
誇完了，説説不足：
1. 衞生間反味比較明顯，這個比較影響睡眠體驗；
2. 衞生間裏沒有可以掛毛巾浴巾的掛鈎；
3. 淋浴間是半開放設計，沖個澡很容易就把地面弄濕，地面濕了之後非常滑。再就是淋浴間的牆壁上半部分感覺不是防水漆，牆面已經有起皮的現象。
4. 房間裏的書桌旁沒有電源插口，唯一能夠到的是在座椅背後牆壁上，使用起來不太方便。

環境很好，第三次來，餐廳的飯菜好吃，早餐按份上的種類很多，就是現在還沒有供熱空調暖風，晚上10點前台送了暖風取暖器，但房間還是有點太冷了孩子都有點着涼，退房時問前台具體供熱時間説還不知道。

第二次入住，這次正好趕上秋天，驚喜的發現酒店內的綠化做的非常精緻，各種好看的小花、銀杏和楓樹。院子裏還有很多貓，一個個珠圓玉潤而且非常親人，一看就是平時伙食不錯的樣子。
