I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an absolute delight! This place is a haven for families seeking comfort and convenience. The room was incredibly spacious, allowing us to move around comfortably. My son was over the moon with the bathtub – it was a definite highlight of his stay! One standout feature was the presence of two bathrooms, which proved to be a game-changer in terms of convenience. No more morning rush hour! I must give a special shout-out to the desk guy, Leo, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His excellent service truly made a difference. The location is also a major plus – surrounded by numerous restaurants, we were spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. It's a huge relief not having to venture far for a delicious meal. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided us with a fantastic family experience. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit!

Great apartment hotel, the room was super spacious. Having two toilets was the best for family with two kids! The restaurant for breakfast was nice too, breakfast with good amount of choices. There were plenty of local delicacies nearby. It’s also nice to have a small grocery store at the lobby of the hotel opens until midnight. The swimming pool was nice too, with proper pool for swimmers and a small heated pool for kids! Excellent choice for family!

Nice spacious room, great gym, good buffet breakfast. Everything is perfect just the AC seems to be undergoing maintenance.

The staffs are nice and efficient. Ascott is surrounded by lots of local restaurants. The breakfast is normal and lack of a good cup of coffee.

Room is spacious, suitable for business travellers

As usual the rooms are the draw to this hotel for me. I did see improvement with English speaking at the front desk and the cleaning staff are always pleasant and swift. I love the lil convenience store downstairs. The swimming pool and gym were closed. I suggest that the hotel invest in a delivery robot to deliver food to the rooms. We always have to order out and it is daunting to keep going downstairs to pick up food or other supplies. Other hotels in the same price range owns a few robots that bring items up to the rooms which saves the staff time and keeps the customers happy.

Good service and good location Good for family and business trips

Great stay, spacious rooms, friendly staff (they also tried as best as they could to communicatein English) and amazing food. Had a minor prob with the door rail and the maintenance team was by the door literally seconds after our call.. It's a 5 for me

we enjoyed our stay. convenient. Kevin the manager was really helpful. The housekeeper Lily did a good job and we were impressed. A play area to keep little one busy. The swimming pool was open and the sauna was warm. There's a convenience store right at the entrance and is handy especially if you need things like milk or a cold drink. Breakfast was ok. Will definitely return and worth recommending it.

Service is fantastic, our receptionist that checked us in were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is standard but our 2 bedroom were very large, spacious and comfortable equipped with full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. We love this place and will definitely come back again. Recommended for families with children.

Hotel was selected for location to Beijing Studio’s and train station. The room is very large and comfy. As expected for price you pay. It’s a serviced apartment and fine for a night or two.

Beautiful hotel. Nice pool, steam room and sauna in the pool locker room. Friendly staff and nice crisp sheets. We had everything you could want in a room, from a dishes to a washing machine to a balcony and a bath tub. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s thinking of booking it. Breakfast was also good, nothing spectacular but had everything you could want.

A wonderful place, the service is great and the amenities are quite good.

When I came to Beijing on a business trip, I chose this Ascott as my first choice. The room was clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and a kitchen for cooking. The staff was also very friendly and service-oriented. I will choose this Ascott again next time.
