It is a treasure house with potential! My sister is very enthusiastic, so she found the booked homestay very smoothly, and she helped solve problems in time when she encountered problems. I like the decoration style of the homestay very much. It is also very clean and hygienic. It is near Times Square and it is very convenient to eat. Recommend everyone to stay!

非常糟糕的一次居住體驗…有些地方被罩了一次性紙杯，不知道是不是有攝像頭…#衞生衞生狀況大家先自己看吧…一塌糊塗，床單上有不明毛髮，毛巾上有頑固污漬，根本不敢睡床上也不敢用毛巾，後來躺在被罩上才勉強睡了一宿。#服務一直在催退房，環境太差導致我們一宿沒睡好，第二天卻奪命連環催，態度也很強硬，讓人感覺非常不好。#房間設施當初也是奔着投影來的，但投影屏幕很臟，看得很難受。

一次非常不愉快的住宿體驗，房間的一些情況供大家參考！！！1.房間整體衞生很差，沙發、凳子、毛巾、桌子均存在污漬，床上發現多處有毛髮。且所有床單被褥和毛巾都有一股舊洗衣機的臭味，可以很明顯的聞到。聯繫商家衹是讓我自己找床單與被子換一下，但房間裏所有被單都有很大味道。2.衞生間反味嚴重，且門鎖是壞的不能關死，導致整個房間都有異味！3.我入住時從一早7點多開始停水，無法沖廁所，洗漱都是我下樓買的桶裝水洗的，但是房東衹是迴應整棟樓都停水他也沒辦法，無法給出有效的解決措施。4.房間整體質量與平台描述不符，入住當晚與商家協商換房，商家不同意，答覆是滿房，我特意在平台看店裡還有好多其他房間可定。總體來説，我認為這家民宿沒能滿足我一些基本的住宿需求，且商家對住户提出的一些不滿與訴求衹是在敷衍，根本沒有解決實際問題！希望平台能加大監管力度，也希望大家不要訂到這種糟心的民宿！！！

房子裏面的衞生真的是糟糕！花灑頭沒有辦法掛起來，衹能手拿着沖澡；阿姨把上一個租客騎過的床單直接掛在了沙發旁邊的窗台上，窗簾超級無敵臟，真的很好奇晾曬乾了不全是土嗎？衞生間的鏡子裏面還有上一個住客用過的牙膏牙刷，洗過澡後地上的水是沒有辦法自己流到下水道里的。桌子在樓梯下面樓梯上有各種各樣的粘液殘！留物桌子面上也有很多土，樓梯的玻璃上也是各種白色殘留物的痕跡，到處都是衞生死角，真的很難接受啊SOS，老闆回答問題速度還可以，但是反饋的問題沒有任何解決措施…
