酒店工作人員太熱情了，一過來看見我們有幾個人，就給我免費升級了一個標間，睡的特別舒服，酒店對面就是購物中心，樓下就是慶豐包子鋪，非常方便。

從以下幾點來説：
1、整個酒店服務人員沒有服務意識
2、整體細節衞生做的不細緻
3、設施陳舊老化
4、床單被罩枕套等污漬、毛髮很多
最終一點很氣人大週末服務人員早上8點敲門打掃衞生、講不打掃就一直敲門，敲了整整四次，某一天床單被罩換了大概3次最終還是有污漬了，投訴後前台態度依舊冷漠，沒有一個處理問題的態度，還一直在對講機呼客人發火了等，在房間裏聽得一清二楚

衞生堪憂，拖鞋，杯子都是火車上專用的，估計老闆和鐵路方面有關係。水池上很長的頭髮，非常不隔音，外面一點點聲音都聽得到。

位置還可以，去哪兒都挺方便的，從南站過來就十幾分鍾，前台姑娘服務態度很好，定錯了日期也幫我們調整了，每次到這邊出差都是住這兒，性價比超高
