The hotel rooms are very small and expensive. We did not enjoy the space. The location is good but for the first time you will need to ask because they have two hotels inside for different person. The room I saw the picture when booking was different from what we lived in.

The location worked very well for the purpose of my trip. Room was comfortable and modern. Was very impressed with the amenities and would stay here again. Please note that it is a little bit out of the way, but again, that worked perfect for me for my trip. Room is great and front desk was very nice and helpful.

I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comparatively affordable place to stay in Haidian district. It was okay. I stayed there for two separate visits. At both, I had to request to be moved from the first rooms I was placed in. The first stay, I was placed in a room with significant evidence of water damage to the walls and ceilings (the walls had streaks on them, and the ceilings had very visible damage). When I asked to be moved, they upgraded me to a clean, nice room like the ones pictured on the website. My second stay, I was initially placed in a room which had a very bad, strong smell. They moved me into a clean, odorless room with a Japanese-style floor bed. It was mostly comfortable, but the mattress was broken in one place (potentially from being walked on). I did not complain about the broken mattress, as the room was clean and did not smell. Housekeeping replaced towels and water daily, but only made the bed once during my stay and as far as I could tell, did not clean the bathroom. The people at the front-desk were very accomodating and kind.

This room had a weird smell from the drain and heating was not working properly. Other than that it was ok for one night stay. I thought the smell would go away after turning on vent but it stayed and it was bit difficult to sleep.

It is an excellent hourly hotel; when I was initially checked in, the room was not cleaned and was still messy. After I cleaned it up and put things away, I was approached by the front desk attendant. They explained that the room was not supposed to be dirty and sent me to another, cleaner room with additional hours.

The room is small, but super clean and tidy. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is particularly good, patient and gentle. The experience is superb. Good reviews. I will choose her house next time. It's great!

The room is clean and tidy. My child is taking the college entrance examination and booked it near the examination site. The service is really considerate. Not only did they upgrade the room, but they also delayed the check-out until after 14:00 when they knew it was my child taking the college entrance examination. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient. Great!

My child stayed here for 4 days for the college entrance examination. There are several hotels around. Compared with this one, it is not bad. It is quieter at night. At the same time, there are many reminders in the hotel starting from the entrance, "There are college entrance examination students, please keep quiet", which is quite considerate. The only drawback is that the room is relatively small, and there is no desk lamp, so it is difficult to read at night. In addition, the bath water is sometimes hot and cold, unstable~

Because of the location, the hotels near the Old Summer Palace are quite expensive. This one is over 400 yuan, which is cheaper than the 500-600 yuan ones, but the cost performance is not high. The bed is uncomfortable and the mattress is rubbish. Other things are fine. The decoration style of the room is good and the hygiene is also OK.

We arrived early and had not checked out of the room we booked. The girl at the front desk upgraded us to a new room so we could rest in time. The stay was good. It is very close to Tsinghua University and Old Summer Palace.
