非常不滿意的一次住宿！！！就説兩點：1、下午2點不到就到店，結果等了50分鐘才能辦入住手續，説是因為前面的客人剛退房要打掃，就讓一個剛從巴黎飛北京飛了13小時並從大興機場趕過去的旅客足足在前台呆了一個小時才入住。2、衣服送洗服務服務太差，洗好的衣服直接一把抓扔洗衣袋放前台，然後拿到後成了一堆皺巴巴的稻草一樣的東西，請問你們這是什麼服務？房間地面也是臟兮兮，真是影響咱祖國首都形象啊！

又選擇了全季，工作人員特別熱情，因為出差物料特別多，前台的大哥主動幫我將箱子搬上搬下。

住的挺滿意的，前台小孟服務好，熱情禮貌，走的時候還貼心的送了牛奶小零食，下次來了還住這裏，總體特別好
