房間空調不行，衞生間馬桶不一直按都不行，花灑水滴滴啦啦，反正洗澡水温也不行，之前在星光住的那個分店還可以，這個店真的不行，包含管理員負責人説洗澡不行説我沒和他們説，我説我衣服脱了在洗的時候你讓我和誰説，發票都不想辦我們開，就讓我們自己弄，我讓他們弄，他們還不高興，還説我態度不好，説話聲音大，下次在也不住了，誰住誰他媽倒黴

環境太差，地漏不漏水，洗澡時候站水裡洗，牆壁床底都很臟，躺床上聞到陣陣惡臭，最後才發現是這兩雙拖鞋。。。。。

房間太小了，隔音效果也不好，退了房又換了附近的酒店，房間大一倍價格也便宜120，以後不會去了，感覺攜程不是一般的坑，圖片是換了別的酒店的效果

衞生特別特別差勁，我跟朋友進入房間撲鼻而來就是特別大的煙味，因為沒有窗户我們就開門通風，好長時間之後味道還在，根本就是揮之不去，兩張床中間全是臟東西，就跟沒有打掃衞生一樣，衞生間還是比較大的，但是床一稜一稜的，硌得慌
