We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was good except the odor of smoking in our room! :( it made me headache.

Need to improved their staff service and should more smile instead black face to the customer when we have the face to face talking. Super hot at the night like burn the roasted pig 😂

Good:
- clean hotel
- near underground station
- a lot of restaurants nearby
- good bed
Bad:
- I selected room with window, but nobody mentioned that window look at the wall of the other building
- toilet paper located at the back, so, very uncomfortable to take it
- it was very noisy in my room because since early morning stuff starts slamming doors

Everything is good! Love nanluoguxiang. Hotel managers went beyond their job responsibilities. On our 1st night when we enquired about a restaurant, the hotel manager helped to reserve and provided directions. On check-out day, the other manager Joe helped to carry luggage for our elderly parents. Only problem is smokers who don't abide by the hotel rules.

Great location in the heart of Nanluoguxiang, close to the metro line 8 and 6. The room was very clean everyday and the service was very good when we needed something. They have a washing machine and dryer, it's very convenient. The only inconvenient was that our room was located in front of the service door that slammed in the morning.

I booked the extra night here as i really like the hotel and its location. Close to MRT, starbuck and kfc and a lot of local restaurants near by.

Great location only 10 minute walk from metro and nanluoguxiang street, friendly staff, rooms are well sized and nice decor in the hotel.

Great location when you first time visit in Beijing. Subway and public transport just a few minutes away from the hotel. They are going to the most of famous tourist place. You only need to get a Beijing Pass, it is so easy to tap on and tap off. And when you get off the metro at Nanluo Guxiang the famous food street is just next to the metro exit. A plenty of restaurants are near by with a good price. We explored some local fruit shops, you can find some interesting food as well. The family room is big, nice and clean. The only thing is the shower and toilet has a door , but they do not have the door for the lavatory, but it was not an issue for us.
The staffs always make you feel satisfied. We had a upgrade room during we stay. Everything is handy and it is a great value. We are so happy to find a such good place to stay there for 9 nights Beijing travel .
