Excellent accommodation. Hotel room is spacious. It is Clean, cosy and convenient. Everyone serves there is very polite and nice. There are a variety of food in breakfast buffet. The park in hotel gives us a place for walking and enjoying the nature. It’s beautiful and peaceful. It gives me a nice place to get rid of hustle life. I like the design of the hotel. It makes everyone feel peaceful and calm. The location of the hotel is very good. It lies at the centre of MTR station, city walk and entrance of universal studios. The hotel guests also share the same VIP experience gates as another one. It is highly recommended to stay at this hotel when you visit Beijing.

Such an amazing stay at NUO! The hotel is amazing, the facilities are top tier. We enjoyed our stay so much. The amenities are so great. From the modern designed room to the early entry access to Universal Studios. The breakfast is sooooo good! We will definitely stay there next time we have a trip to Beijing. 100% recommend! The staff went above and beyond with making our stay amazing!

Services can't be faulted. All staff was extremely helpful, especially for myself as a non chinese speaker. Staff went beyond trying to help and assist us during our stay.

Too late check in 4PM, and too early check out 11AM. Tofar from city and only public transportation is subway.

The room was great, and the hotel environment was very nice. I really appreciated the staff preparing a birthday setup and cake in the room before I checked in. The service from the staff since the check-in process was impressive, with good English communication. I wish I could have stayed at the hotel longer. However, we encountered trouble at the Universal entrance. The staff there were not very helpful with the check-in process, and it took us half an hour to get into the park. This issue prevented us from achieving our goal of entering the park early by staying here. I hope they should cooperate with the hotel better than this.

Nuo is a luxury hotel with everything you would expect from it. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, lovely service, comfortable bed & pillows and delicious buffet with lots of options (vegetarian, Chinese & western). We liked that it was a 7-10 mins walk from Universal, so a little away from the crowds and the loud shows at night. My only “complaint” would be that the hotel layout is a little odd, you need to walk through the restaurant to go to the pool on the first floor.

We loved every detail about the hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, guided us to our rooms. The food for room service was really delicious too, as well as their breakfast buffet. Hotel guests were able to enter UBR an hour earlier, which was a great perk as well. Highly recommended, tea provided in the room was fragrant as well, loved it!

Room, service and location are all terrific. The only thing I can say about this hotel is the toiletries (shampoo and conditioner and moisturizer) are not as good as I expected. Overall highly recommend!

Great stay here, totally recommend this hotel. The only thing not with a good quality is the toilet paper lol, but everything else is amazing. Food, space, cleanliness and people. Will come back

I love this hotel. It’s one of my favorite places in Beijing. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are always clean.

Great hotel, very clean, great buffet and even though the hotel serves theme park guests it’s very sophisticated. The staff were helpful, and when we called ahead of time about the deals, the staff were superb. Will visit again definitely.
