Grand Bay Hotel Beijing

The time spent at the Grand Bay Beijing Hotel was simply fabulous. I am a very experienced traveler and have been to dozens of countries, but I can confidently say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Every area here is thought out: a high-tech room of impeccable cleanliness with a pillow menu to choose from and 6 lighting options. Excellent dietary cuisine in the restaurant and a huge selection of dishes for breakfast. Very polite and customer-oriented attentive staff, they helped me with absolutely all my requests! But, of course, the highlight of the hotel is the impressive healing Ayurvedic center! The Head of the center, Dr. Balan is an experienced Ayurveda guru, with a tailored comprehensive program and the center's team, helped me restore my nervous system, restore immunity, and diagnose a chronic ailment that affected my quality of life, and all this just in 6 days! I mostly recommend this hotel to tired, overloaded residents of megacities, here you will simply find yourself in paradise! I will definitely come back more than once, huge thanks to the management and staff of the Grand Bay Beijing Hotel, who created this island of peace and relaxation on earth

Flawless hotel situated in a beautiful area. The rooms are big, the staff is amazing, the food is great and the place is very peaceful.

It was a wanderful trip in Miyun. The grand bay hotel is our best choice. The service, amusement, Spa, kid’s club, and the view, everything there is perfect. I have to also thank you Luna, she is so nice and kind. We had a great time! We will come again!

We had a great time at Grand Bay Hotel, Miyun. Location from Beijing means it is easy to get away for the weekend. We travelled with 2 children, ages 5 & 7 and they were very happy throughout our stay exploring the hiking trail around the property, and the massive massive playroom. The breakfast buffet too had a lot of choice which meant everyone was happy. We did not get to use the sauna rooms up on the hill side so another visit in Autumn is due. A special mention to our service rep Luna ( Zhang ) who was on hand all the time for anything we needed. We especially appreciated her help after we checked out and got home to realise we had left our passports at the hotel. She promptly replied to my panicked call for help and dipatched the documents immediately and generally speaking was always attentive throughout our stay. 5 stars. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel, the staff and location.

Nice hotel with great hot springs and playground. Lots to do for a family. Great service! Ms Amy was amazing! Only thing is the food options are not great and limited! Would definitely go back!

We had a great stay at the Grand Bay Hotel! Luna contacted us the day before we checked in and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Everything was perfect and the scenery at and around the hotel was gorgeous. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing trip.
