Dec is low season for Beijing. Chose this air b and b as it is within walking distance to mutianyu great wall cable car entrance. Stay is fine and no breakfast can be added after arrival , hence we have to settle meals at a few eateries along the road from hotel towards cable car entance direction and do note they close at 6pm and sky turns dark about 5pm.. Room is spacious but shower water flow is very small. Remote control for TV is not working fine. Quiet place. great wall on day 4 of trip, we took cable car up and walked down, a lot of walking and stairs (about 9k steps) , next 3 days every step is a challenge due to very sore muscle of both legs😂

good location to stay if you want to go to Mutianyu as it is Just 300 miters away from the entrance so you don’t even need to get on the ferry bus,

Kylin is most helpful and kind. She helped us book our cable car rides. (if you want the shuttle bus ride too, you have to book the combo tickets elsewhere.) She helped us book a Didi car to the area entrance. We told Kylin to choose the option for cash but and she paid for it. She informed us when we were in the car. Otherwise we would give her cash for ordering the car for us.
Our room was comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner provided are good.
We can only see the Great Wall from the road.

The service was friendly and caring, also late at night and early morning. The Vila was located very close to the Great Wall so we just needed to walk a few minutes to get there. The Vila is large and suitable for large families or groups.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Even though there are a few things they could improve on, there was nothing that was very bad. The location is excellent and super close to the entrance of Mutianyu Great Wall. The owners are helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean. We will definitely stay here again when visit the Great Wall again.
