The hotel has a beautifully restored courtyard house vibe, with friendly and helpful staff. They offer 小吊梨 drinks and famous 稻香村 pastries, and I got a free room upgrade, the room quite spaciou as well.
One of the night did laundry late, I request them after finshed washed send to my room, the next morning they delivered, and even folded it for me—great service! They also provided plenty of bottled water and a humidifier.
The location is super convenient—烤肉刘 is right outside, and it's a 10–15 min walk to the Drum Tower, Nanluoguxiang, and Shichahai. Even taking a Didi is quick and affordable.
Highly recommend for a traditional Beijing siheyuan stay. Would definitely return!

Amazing experience!! Such a lovely mansion. The room is so comfy and beautiful. The staffs are so helpful and friendly. Free local snacks and refreshments available at the lobby too. Toilet and floor in the room are so warm, such a comfy room for winter stay. They even upgraded a bigger room for us for free! Great location, walking distance to the train station. Definitely worth the stay. Will stay again next time. Perfect stay if you want to have a chill vacation, definitely will recommend to others!! The best hotel I’ve stayed in Beijing so far.

Check in time stated as 2pm. I reached the hotel around 3pm, got informed that the room wasn't ready due to the previous customer (their member with platinum level) , who has the right to check out late. Despite the hotel was fully booked that day. I was asked to wait another hour (4pm) before I can get to check into the room. This hotel policy just doesn't make sense.
Apart from this awful experience. The hotel is at a good location (less than 5mins walk to the guloudajie subway), room was comfortable, clean and equipped with the AI voice/smart control. A supermarket nearby and few eatery places (include MCD) too.
Great customer service especially the staff (male) who assisted my booking on 10 Nov 2024 3pm (forgot to get his name) . He has an excellent attitude, attentive to the issue and provided a reasonable compensation (room upgrade & 2hrs delayed check out) . I understand that he might have no control to change the hotel policy, but truly appreciate that he did not just brush it off and offered a better solution.
There was no remarks made for my late check out time tho, even I have confirmed via wechat the day before. I received a call around 11:45pm from a female staff who asked if I am going to check out soon. I was asking isn't my check out time is extended to 2pm, her response was not pleasent, until I told her that I had confirmed via wechat yesterday. Then she apologised and said will made a remarks.
