Upon entering the lobby, I wasn't immediately impressed. I was a bit disappointed, but as I stayed longer, I gradually realized that the quality of the Bulgari Hotel is truly exceptional. 👍 Facilities: The hotel's reputation lies in quality. All chairs, dressers, and cabinets are primarily leather with wood accents, creating a warm, yet unobtrusive feel. The lighting is ideal for sleep, not glaring. The mattress is soft but doesn't cause back pain. I had a wonderful night's sleep! The gym is highly recommended, featuring high-end fitness equipment not seen in other hotels, such as a rock climbing machine. It's truly a breath of fresh air. Handsome trainers are always on hand to ensure your safety! The staff outside the gym are attentive and warm. The minibar has a wide selection of drinks, and the coffee cups are crystal clear and sparkling! Cleanliness: The staff cleaned promptly and restocked supplies promptly. Every inch was spotless. The turndown service was spotless. I loved it. 😍 Environment: The bar and restaurant on the first floor offer excellent service. The staff are always on hand to replace old plates. The tableware is all famous Italian brands, beautiful and pleasing to the eye! Service: Mr. Du, the housekeeper, was incredibly helpful. He answered every question and responded promptly. His service was attentive and friendly, earning him a five-star rating! We were even given a personalized, engraved Bulgari luggage tag upon check-out! Overall, we were incredibly satisfied and would definitely stay again!
