Clean, comfortable and luxurious, the service is great, and I feel at home. It is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast is also very good, and the small outdoor garden is also very well maintained. Great!

1️⃣ The air conditioner in the room is actually connected with the municipal heating. When I checked in, there was no hot air and only a very cheap electric heater (I woke up from the cold at night and asked the front desk for it). In my opinion, "Don't five-star hotels have constant temperature systems? They are kept at 25 degrees all year round." Is it because I didn't encounter it when I stayed in the past? ? 2️⃣ Service: Except for the man called "Xiao Du" when booking, and the girl who checked out felt a bit like a star hotel, other people ignored you when they saw you! Going to the swimming pool is even more weird, not as good as the swimming pool service in my own club, and the water temperature of the large swimming pool is low. 3️⃣ The breakfast that is praised on the Internet: very, very average! The bread is terrible! The poached eggs are not even paired with a salmon slice, a few small sausages, anyway, the level is average + shabby. 4️⃣ Notes: I have seen too many online promotions on major platforms. I took out toiletries and snacks at the check-out ceremony. To be honest, I usually drink Evian and Fiji water, which I don’t like at all. But I brought my child with me this time. She was fresh and wanted it. In addition, my overall stay experience was not good. I thought I could take it home to my aunt, so I took it (it’s convenient for my home in Beijing). Then the minibar was not clearly written. I took the chocolate 🍫 and was told that the consumption was more than 1,000. Oh, I boxed and threw away the expired chocolate at home. It really caused me trouble. What did you take it for! Please write it clearly.

It is quiet in a bustling city. You can stroll to the Liangmahe River, the Consulate District and Sanlitun nearby... The environment, hygiene and service are in line with five-star standards. There are three choices for breakfast set. I chose the Chinese style, which I thought was good.

The room was clean and the hotel service was very good, especially the front desk staff Xiaolong's friendly service attitude, 20 stars! The hotel arranged a free upgrade, which really made this stay experience more perfect. I am already looking forward to my next stay.

The four days and three nights spent at the Bulgari Hotel Beijing was like a dream journey of luxury and warmth. From the beginning of the reservation, service supervisor Jane Liu and guest service manager Miya Yang kicked off the journey with meticulous service. After learning about our anniversary celebration plan, they carefully prepared welcome fruits, exquisite cakes and selected red wine, which instantly lit up our hearts. Whenever we entered or left the hotel, there was always a handsome and strong brother to greet us. He not only opened the car door for us elegantly, but also thoughtfully delivered the luggage directly to the room, making us feel honored. During the stay, the spacious and comfortable guest rooms became our private world, and the free drinking of some beer and beverages added a bit of comfort. Every morning, a hearty breakfast on site awakened the sleeping taste buds on time, so that a good day started here. The 25-meter-long swimming pool is like a peaceful blue wave, allowing us to swim in it; the gym meets the need to stay energetic. When leaving the hotel, a delicate luggage tag given by the hotel became one of the most precious souvenirs of this trip. Special thanks to housekeeper Ian, Ms. Li Jinfeng from the room service department, Susan Zhou, the room director, Dale from the SPA center and the lifeguard, as well as every staff member whose name I don’t have time to remember or who I contacted by phone but never met. Your warm hospitality and professional service have woven the warmest memories of this unforgettable journey.

Stayed for four nights in a row. The bedding was very comfortable and the experience was very good. The 24-hour breakfast service was very convenient. I couldn't finish the breakfast. The fruit was delivered every day, but I couldn't finish it. Every night, they also sent rose tea to help me sleep. The hand cream, lipstick, and luggage tag with my name engraved on it were all very nice! The housekeeper Xiao Hu was also thoughtful and attentive!
