Room was quiet and size was good, Breakfast traditional chinese but many options, also vegetarian. Location is alright. Staff was helpful in setting up didi app in my phone for taxi. Their English is limited.

Great little hotel, very friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was good, the free guest laundry was a bonus and we love the location - a few minutes walk from delightful Taoranting park, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to subway.

Sadly I have to say that I’m not satisfied with the service of this hotel. I arrived in the morning, and was stuck in the lobby for hours during the check in process due to an unnecessary document they asked. The receptionist didn’t even try to help on solving the problem and I have to leave the hotel without being able to refund my money. I went to another hotel nearby and got a room fast without a long complicated proccess and unnecessary documents. I hope the hotel will inform customers about documents we need to prepare in advance, so that none of other customer will have this kinda experience.

在網站定了房間，可能是帶斜面或，前台免費升級了房型，方方正正的。
地理位置非常好，門口的黑窯廠街歷史悠久，步行幾百米就是陶然亭公園及地鐵站。
門口是一條衚衕，非常安靜，如果想更安靜，可以定雙床房，都是靠院子那邊的。
前台有微型茶水吧，充電寶，礦泉水，温馨別緻。
非常滿意的一次預訂。

勞動節後遠方親戚來北京遊玩幾天，我想着幫他們預訂一家在各個方面合適舒適度較高的酒店。找了倆天基本把城內景點及北京站附近的經濟型連鎖酒店都蒐羅了一遍，對比了各項指標，有的酒店雖然在景區內但房間很小、光線很差有的還是假窗户，還有的價格偏貴 周邊吵鬧，有的還不包含早餐，甚至設施比較陳舊，有的雖好但離景區較遠交通不太便利。最後終於找到了這家能完全滿足我對酒店的需求。
最喜歡的是酒店房間很大，我們訂的零壓高級大床房，有大飄窗光線非常好。酒店衞生乾淨清爽沒多餘的亂七八糟的裝飾，還有就是早餐服務值得稱道，有一排炒菜可以選擇，各種煮雞蛋煎蛋 還有不少新鮮水果。光這點就完勝周邊同類型的酒店了。我們住在五層，餐廳和自助洗衣在六層上下也都方便。
更別説價格也合適比較合理。酒店在居民區旁邊比較熱鬧但不吵鬧，街上各種餐廳非常方便，居然還有一家黑窯廠黑糖餅餐廳，裏面的拉麪好好吃。樓下交通極其方便，因為就在大馬路邊上，上車去哪超級便捷。去天安門看升國旗打了輛車也就十幾元。巷口還有公交，大概走10幾分鐘可以到陶然亭地鐵站，四號線很方便。最驚喜的是酒店旁邊挨着老北京的陶然亭公園，沒事的時候長者可以走走逛逛很愜意，總之這家店優點確實多。挺滿意的，下次還會選擇。
