Great service and experience! Would definitely come back again. The staff were very attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Hands down one of the best hotels in Beijing.

開會來住，酒店前台服務熱情，提出的問題都能用心解決，酒店雖然在五環外，但交通很方便，地鐵公交打車都還好，停車位也充足，有充電樁，也有洗車的，房間衞生整潔，早餐衹是隨便吃吃，其實不太重要，主要是睡得舒服，服務也好，就很滿意。

一進酒店大廳很有檔次的感覺，裝飾很精緻，房間特別乾淨，空間大，性價比超高，前台小妹蘇萍的服務毋庸置疑，熱情的介紹了餐廳及酒店的温泉，還特別細緻告知停車優免等問題，很方便，下次來住還選擇這裏，推薦！

整體非常滿意。酒店環境優美乾淨，地理位置優越，停車方便，住店客人停車免費哦。訂的行政套房，房間很大，乾淨整潔，洗手間和卧室的視野非常好。客廳雖然略小，但是方便辦公和溝通。是一次非常不錯的住宿體驗。尤其表揚王經理，對客人周到熱情，幫助解決不少實際問題。

酒店硬件設施在北五環屬於一流，豪華套房非常高大上，面積很大，孩子滿屋子跑很歡。房間視野尤其棒！如果天氣再好些鳥巢、CBD都清晰可見。客房配備了歐舒丹，圓形大浴缸還配乾花、浴鹽，非常到位！客房和前台服務也很到位，尤其客房服務員隨叫隨到，還細緻地為我們介紹酒店各項設施。不錯的一次體驗！酒店裡還有温泉和中餐館，這次沒有體驗，下次再説。一個小建議就是健身游泳不開的話相比其他五星級酒店略遜色，希望下次來能開放。

來北京辦事就近選擇了這家酒店，國有企業，環境不錯，前台服務讓人感動，小葉子甜美大方每次都表現的彬彬有禮且業務熟練，看得出來職業素質很高👍 初來不熟悉的地方，想要出門有很多路線和各種問題不瞭解，葉子小姑娘總是能耐心的解答我的各項問題還積極幫我查詢，讓人倍感暖心！以後一定再來！

酒店交通挺方便，北五環外，到地鐵站走十來分鐘吧，去首都機場打車二十多分鐘就到了，門口也有公交車站。房間大，衞生乾淨，服務也好，四月天的北京好熱，酒店的中央空調還沒開始製冷，房間二十八度熱得不行，但酒店服務很不錯，反映後客房任大姐馬上給找了個空調扇送了過來，總算好過了點。好評！

經常出差入住酒店，但基本不點評，這次卻不得不點贊好評一下北苑大酒店，入住時因為應酬喝了不少酒，又累又困倒頭便睡，其間難受吐了，客房周姓主管大姐馬上來清理地毯，更換了乾淨床單被罩，前前後後折騰了一個多小時，客觀地講，咱酒店設備設施有一丟丟年頭了，但工作人員的服務真是無可挑剔，很有耐心，也很熱情，點贊！
