Since I don't speak Chinese, it was difficult to communicate with them, but even in that situation, the staff used translation software and responded well. Also, the security guard was very polite and friendly. The rooms are very clean.

Location is fantastic! People at the front desk not very hospitable, and the room doesn’t have any space for clothes, just some hangers against a wall.

Excellently located hotel for exploring the hutongs of beijing. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I wish my room had more natural light. It was very dark with a tiny window for a king room
