酒店距離天壇醫院很近，房間非常乾淨整潔，使用淋浴間時還會自動播放背景音樂。入住時前台接待韓小姐還熱心的幫忙升級了房型，主動介紹了酒店的注意事項。入住體驗非常好。

同作為經營酒店的我，今天感慨萬千！您家的店是很火爆的，在天壇醫院都是患者，那麼這就成為了“稀裏糊塗”打掃的理由嗎？？我很不可思議，進屋 工人把煙頭落下了吧？無煙酒店！看到了很噁心，煙頭煙灰……床上還有毛髮，注意不是頭髮！！我醉了！！好，電話旁邊是女人的頭髮，得虧是兩個大老爺們住！ 別説前台申請了負責人，給了一點點賠償，這算是欣慰的？？這種處處有問題的房間 為什麼不給換房或者退款…我們為了麗楓的牌子，結果人家店跟總部沒啥關係，真是牛啊🙏🙏🙏作為服務行業的我，我對待客人100%@ 真是您給我上了一課呀！

設施：馬桶旁邊的毛巾架建議拆掉 上一次碰一次胳膊 真的很痛
衞生：床單並不是很乾凈 打掃衞生也一般
環境：建議住街邊帶窗的房間 不然窗户設定在走廊內部樓道 通風並不好
服務：服務可以 機器人送餐

設施：酒店各種硬件設施都比較新，窗簾是電動的。
衞生：房間衞生打掃及時，而且酒店對房間設施維護也不錯。
環境：酒店房間的門挺厚實，隔音效果很好，不用擔心有晚到的旅客在走廊説話的時候會影響休息。
服務：前台服務員熱情周到，有求必應，很有耐心

圖它距離醫院近選擇的它，一開始還挺愉快，免費升級成了豪華雙床房，很開心，進了房間就變了，先是水龍頭的水漬，然後就是壞了的電視和插卡設備（我自己按回去了），電視壞了找的前台，前台説這玩意不影響觀看所以沒壞…
行叭，也無所謂，出來看病電視也就那樣，晚上睡覺了，開始了，耳朵旁的冰箱，巨響的空調，根本不隔音的牆以及走廊外放的手機…兩天晚上沒有一次休息好的…換個沐浴露都要等個一個多小時，打了兩次前台電話…
反正我不會再來了…扛不住
