聽朋友反饋裡邊設施很好，服務也很周到，高樓層夜景很美，很安靜，地段很不錯，白天逛逛衚衕後海，晚上溜達周邊吃個飯，不錯的出行，朋友對這次安排很滿意。

新裝修剛開業的酒店，到處都是新的，乾淨安靜，前台也很熱情，到雍和宮，南鑼鼓巷走路就到。太滿意了。

酒店新裝修，非常乾淨，前台服務很好，服務很貼心。客房多要兩瓶礦泉水，還被客房服務人員嘮叨幾句，房間的淋浴冷熱水無法調控。所以衹能在服務和設施方面打4.5分。
