Slowly service at the breakfast.
Nobody speaks and understands English at the front desk

Staffs were very helpful and welcoming. Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean and comfy rooms, but sometimes it was annoying that the room was not soundproof, we could hear the noice of train and other vehicles. It was a bit disturbing. There is no restaurant in the hotel and the surrounding area, only a local restaurant just opposite to hotel, we went there once and ordered beef curry but instead they brought pork curry. Very disappointed. Overall hotel services were very satisfied. 😊

Love the hotel , rooms are spacious ，clean, very helpful and friendly front desk, especially love the little robot helpers, they are so cute.
We love the self service laundry , had our clean clothes every day , just love it.
Overall it was a very good stay, highly recommended and will return to the hotel if I travel to Beijing again .

Very large room and bathroom at a great price. The room was a little tired but very comfortable bed which was much appreciated after a long flight. Power shower was good too. Excellent  service. Nothing was too much trouble.. The breakfast was exceptional. The subway a few minutes away has a collection of interesting shops and restaurants serving authentic food at bargain prices. Very surprised at just how good it was for such a good price.

Excellent location for Beijing. Kind staff that are attentive to needs. Free parking was a major bonus too. I’ll look at this hotel again when we’re in this part of Beijing!

But Alberto said there is no point in taking this particular deal to anyone else since Elcano is doing this for Pudong at their request, not because they have a urgent need to do it. As you are aware, the vessels were just refinanced by Santander on satisfactory terms due to Pudong failing to get credit approval.
