房間衞生乾淨，離機場很近，樓下超市很方便，洗衣機冰箱都有，還有一些簡單的餐具，比較適合長期住，老闆很好説話，把行李放店裡寄存了，晚上拿走的，下次如果有機會來北京還會住這裏！

出差沒確定住幾天，就先定了一晚的，沒想到管家給免費升級的房型，續住也給協調沒再用換房。在北京這個價位性價比真的很高，感覺今年服務行業真的很卷。離地鐵很近，洗衣服做飯電器也都齊全，服務熱情，開票也很及時，出差人士強烈推薦！

可以説入住體驗非常差了，首先説本來預訂了兩晚，突然有事衹能入住一晚，提前一天跟店家申請，酒店方怎麼都不同意，衹能花兩晚的錢；
再説衞生：電盒蓋子上油膩膩的，桌子上有不知道誰留下的半瓶百歲山，床上有毛團；
第三：浴室門應該是軌道或者滑輪很久沒有維護了，推拉相當困難；
綜合來看，房間小，服務態度也不太好，所以性價比很低，不推薦入住
還有，第一次看到不提供免費充電線還要掃碼充電的，可能是我孤陋寡聞了

小區環境和位置挺好的，房間裏可以洗衣機，屋裡也有曬衣服的地方，房間也是打掃的乾乾淨淨的，雖然離景點不算近，但是交通方便，地鐵都可以到，小哥大管家回覆很及時，出門在外住這裏很放心。

除了距離機場比較近，沒什麼其他優點，環境衛生跟圖片有點出入，還好只是短暫停留，睡到半夜冷氣機還一直滴水(因為太累已經忘記拍照），房東最好處理一下，免得下一個房客遭殃受罪。

房間很大，很舒服，外面飛機經過聲音很吵，但是房間玻璃做了雙層隔音，不影響我們睡覺，這點做的很好，但是一次性洗漱用品都不是免費的，是要收費的，還收的很貴，要十五一套，三個人就要四十五了，比我在外面還貴了兩三倍，這點接受不了
