老闆人特別好，一個小院子，上下二層一共五間房，獨立衞生間和空調，乾淨整潔，佈置温馨，有廚房和廚具，可以自己做飯，燒烤，院裏有葡萄架和自種的農產品，非常有田園氣息，還有自動麻將機，投影設備，娛樂設施齊全，一張大長桌我們十個大人，兩個孩子，都能坐下，院裏還能打水仗，孩子玩的非常開心，不遠處的一個大橋下也可以嬉戲玩水，真是休閑娛樂的好去處。非常滿意，有時間還會再來。

獨立衞生間給大家帶來了方便和私隱性，但是二樓三間屋用的是太陽能熱水器，在下雨天和陰天基本上水温就29℃，根本無法洗浴，一樓兩間屋熱水器還好，水很熱，院內設施很全，能燒烤打牌等，別墅位置在十字路口把腳兒，都路過了沒能發現，不是很好找，屋內裝飾不是很牢固，壁畫在無人觸摸的情況下脱落，差點兒砸到小朋友，已跟房東反饋，走之後應該會加固，其餘體驗都很滿意，房東裝修也很用心，總體還是非常滿意的😁
