徹夜裝修，嚴重影響休息，白天電鑽鼕鼕冬的無法在酒店休息，晚上就像老鼠一樣，一直有聲音！打前台電話也沒人接聽！

這麼多年出門旅遊出差這回住的地兒真是一言難盡！入住時告知床品得晚上七八點到店，忍了！入住後窗外一陣一陣的異響，工作人員檢查後説樓上外掛空調的問題，給換了房間。吃完晚飯回新房間密碼鎖打不開，又給前台打電話，一陣後台操作後給了新密碼打開房門。住後發現屋子根本不隔音，隔壁洗澡開水龍頭就像在自己房間一樣，聲音巨大。忍耐到極限果斷退了第二天的房。總結一下：位置離地鐵站兩分鐘，去歡樂谷遊玩一站地。（當初訂這也是圖離歡樂谷近）。我感覺這更像北漂剛進京住的地兒。衞生環境設施一般，但價格便宜。幸福感指數高的人不適合住。

真實入住體驗：交通方便，出門5分鐘到地鐵站口，家裡長者帶孩子出去玩特別方便。房間很乾凈，床單被套也乾淨。周圍吃飯的地方很多，樓下連鎖超市，離市場也很近，買些水果，小吃都不錯。服務態度很好。特別是價格很親民，物美價廉。

很不錯的公寓，比較安靜，而且價格美麗，店長小姐姐親自給安排的房間，服務很棒哦，房間整體比較超值，乾淨，前台管家服務也很好，有問題能及時給解決，推薦，而且離着歡樂谷很近，走路兩分鐘就是地鐵站，特別方便，吃飯的地兒也很多，性價比很不錯。

環境就不評價了…進了門之後，脱了衣服沒有衣架，衹能疊好找個地方放；換鞋的時候找不到拖鞋，衹能再自己出門去找；窗户關不嚴，外面就是高速路，有大車路過，聲音特別吵很難入睡；後半夜把我凍醒了，蓋着被子也沒用。第二天刷牙發現有一個裡麪沒有牙刷，衹有一個空盒子，不知道保潔是怎麼打掃的。
