Facilities: The wifi is not working well and there is no Internet connection. There is no big nozzle in the shower. The small nozzle is hung very low and it is not easy to wash. The quilt also smells.
Hygiene: Hygiene is also very poor. I have allergies the next day after sleeping.

在北京的最後一晚 簡直一言難盡 400多一宿的民宿 淋浴噴頭是壞的 而且沒有熱水 空調開到16度 一宿渾身都是汗 電視是投影 可能是技術不行 壓根沒打開 看不了 晚上九點多入住 入住之後有人敲門 我媽膽子小 嚇得晚上也沒睡好 還有200的按金也是第一次遇到 説退房之後沒問題返回來 結果返回來190 説是用了一套一次性浴巾 我媽潔癖 壓根不會用酒店浴巾 自己帶的毛巾 我們入住時候也沒看你東西全不全 你説少了一套就是我們用了？十塊錢的浴巾還不至於賴你的 第一次在攜程上留言這麼多

複式公寓，這棟樓人多且雜，通風不好，樓內有味，房間裏去的時候窗户開着但也通風不好，有味道，然後房間內個人使用的一次性的東西都收費，毛巾浴巾啥的都是一次性的、都收費，房間價格也不便宜690多，真不如住酒店了

因為以前都是固定住同一個房間，這次過來定的太晚了，所以沒房間了，嘗試着換了不同的裝修，感覺新房間性價比挺高的。
上下樓兩個廁所，洗衣機（沒送洗衣粉），冰箱，微波爐，空調，投影儀，沙發，燒水壺，送兩瓶水，紙巾送廁紙，有一次性毛巾和毛巾，沐浴乳洗髮水，wifi，一切標配，都非常好，除了有的時候感覺保潔的衞生做的時好時壞，其他都是完美的配置。
那我説幾點建議:
第一，可以配一點洗衣粉，洗衣粉不貴，也方便住客洗衣服。
第二，這個季節的被子太厚了，可以適當的換春秋被，不然不蓋又冷，蓋着有點熱。
第三，馬桶是必須注意清潔的，建議常配潔廁靈，放在馬桶加水桶裏，這樣每次沖水也可以自動沖水。
第四，這間房間的樓梯有點窄，可以做一個入住提示，如果太胖的人不建議入住等人性化的設定。
每次來京都選擇外泊家，是因為這家民宿的優勢太明顯了，東四環，離地鐵站，大悦城不遠，去哪裡都方便，樓下保安，進電梯刷卡，門密碼鎖，快遞放在豐巢櫃，一切都如此超級便利，也是你們的不二選擇。如果衞生可以努力做好，那就更加感謝了，祝老闆生意興隆。
