I've been in Beijing for half a month and this is the hotel with the worst hygiene, environment and service I've ever stayed in. I checked in at around 7pm, went out to play, and came back to the hotel at around 10pm. The lady at the front desk called a maintenance man and he told me that it had been broken for a long time and hadn't been repaired. Why let guests stay if they didn't fix it? I was tired after a whole day and didn't take a shower at night, I just washed up and went to bed. In the morning, if I didn't go to the front desk to ask how to solve yesterday's problem, they would act as if nothing happened? Don’t know what this service is?
