Harbour International Apartment (Beijing Dongzhimen Gongti Branch)

The room is very sci-fi and the lamps are very unique! The facilities are consistent with the pictures, including refrigerators, washing machines, etc.! The high-rise tatami bed is very unique! After returning from traveling, it is very comfortable to sit on the tatami in front of the window, drink tea and chat. The room is well soundproofed, the butler service is attentive, and the luggage is stored for free after check-out.

The room is a normal apartment. For a short overnight stay, this price is a very good choice in Beijing. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but that's about it. normal.

I came to Beijing for a weekend for the Beijing Marathon and booked a hotel near Dongzhimen. If I could give Harbor International zero stars, I would definitely give it The hotel is in an office building, and the place is relatively easy to find. However, after exiting the elevator, the hotel is in a relatively dark and dirty corridor. It should have two floors. The first room on the first floor is the hotel reception desk. After checking in, I came to a room. The zipper of the window was loose and could not be closed properly (noise from the road directly opposite could be heard) So I notified the housekeeper through WeChat and changed the room. When I came to the second room, I stayed and took a closer look. It was completely different from the picture. There was no shelf for luggage in the room, just a sofa and two small tables. There was no overhead light near the window, so it looked particularly dark. The sofa near the window was particularly dirty. There is no light switch for the whole house at the head of the bed (but there is a fake switch box which shocked me). The bed itself is very hard, and you can feel the springs underneath it when you lie on it through the quilt. The sink is right next to the bed, and the overhead light on the sink cannot be turned on. The sanitary napkin is a very peculiar setting, as shown in the picture above. There is no separation between wet and dry, the washing machine is right next to the shower, and the smell is very strong (later, through Ctrip customer feedback, the merchant also complained that his bathroom has no smell. Don't you read your own reviews? I am not the only one who said that the bathroom smells). So I sent the housekeeper on WeChat and applied to check out (it was less than 10 minutes before I checked in). This was also the first time in my life that I decided to check out without sleeping. Through Ctrip's intervention, the merchant is unwilling to refund the first night's room, which I can understand. Through communication with Ctrip customers, they tried to collect part of the liquidated damages and refund most of the rent, but the merchant still disagreed. You know what is going on in your hotel. Complete negative reviews help future consumers avoid lightning. I wish you closure soon.

The location is very good, not the busiest area, but it feels like a community and not crowded. 

房間窗户打不開，晚上蚊子居多。而且電梯3個壞了2個。孩子一晚上被咬一身包，毒蚊子。一家人都被咬！！！本來來北京挺開心，這太掃興了！！！
