Poor hygiene: There is a big smell in the room, the sink and wash basin are dirty, the shampoo and shower gel boxes have unknown yellow dirt, and the wash basin faucet and toilet button have unknown black and green dirt (photos attached later) 2. Poor environment: It is nominally a hotel, but it gives people the feeling of a rented house. The front door is a very ordinary residential building door. There is an advertising light box on the second floor, which says: temporary rental, long-term rental, short-term rental. There is a front desk on the third floor in the corridor, which is very small, the size of an ordinary office desk (photos attached later) 3. Poor service: I am a VIP customer of the Ctrip platform. In the past, I never collected a deposit when booking a hotel, but this hotel collected a deposit. After negotiation, the hotel gave up. The most infuriating thing is that the hotel restricts water use for guests. When I took a shower at night, there was no water just after applying the bath gel. I could only come out naked and call the front desk. The front desk replied that I would refill some water, and then I finished taking a shower. 4. Poor facilities: The shelves and faucets in the bathroom are seriously rusted. The place to put clothes is just a simple, damaged shelf rod with only two wire clothes racks on it. The sitting facilities are only equipped with a small four-legged stool, and the key to open the door is still relatively backward (photos to be paid later) This hotel's reputation is not convincing: taking advantage of the government's marathon event, it raised prices on the spot, and tripled the price. The room rate of 100 yuan at ordinary times has increased to 370 yuan (based on the price of this hotel on the Ctrip platform) Ctrip's hotel booking platform also confused me. Why put such a hotel on its own cooperation platform~~~
