Amazing hotel to stay at. The service was excellent. Even though most of the staff can't speak English they allocated 2 staff members to assist us with all our needs. VIP treatment definitely. We even got our breakfast for free even though it wasn't included in the price. The park is huge around the hotel. Amazing stay. I will definitely go back there.

I needed a place in between two destinations and this worked perfectly for me. A robot brought us extra slippers and the staff were happy to attend to our needs.

Nice hotel with the great advantage to be located inside the Garden expo - a beautiful park with nice architecture from all over the world. Staff was nice, and the restaurant was good at dinner. Because of few customers, the choices at breakfast were reduced but still had enough variety and the manager was very attentive.

每年都出去玩很多很多次 這真的是我住過的最差！最臟！巨巨巨臟的酒店 沒有之一！！！到處都是土 照片馬桶還是打掃過的 之前坐圈都發黴了！長滿了黴菌！巨噁心！！！客房的角落都是蜘蛛網 客房大門又黑又粘手 推門時手被黑乎乎像鼻涕一樣的東西粘住了 忍着睡了一宿覺 小腿長了小疹子 回家洗了澡就消退了 衞生間的水龍頭和噴頭水都特別小 有一股水銹味 而且我們住的四層的房間沒有WI-FI 衹能用手機4G
從來沒有這麼差的入住體驗 心塞！！！這麼貴的房費 號稱五星級 就這衞生條件？！早上的自助餐9點到的 所有的餐盤幾乎都是空的 毛也吃不到！你賣這麼客房 你不準備這麼多客人的供應嗎？！
晚上客房服務人員來打掃馬桶 當著我的麪先拿刷子刷馬桶 再沾馬桶裏的水刷坐圈 我説用馬桶的水刷坐圈 我們還怎麼坐上面啊 她就拿出工業醋來 説消毒 滿屋子醋味 我説工業醋腐蝕性強 我們更坐不了上面了 最後給我們留下了坐圈紙
我老公還説你寫了有人給你賞錢嘛 但這確實是我入住的極其糟糕的體驗 給大家一個參考吧 哎...

該酒店管理非常不錯，在園博園裡邊。非常安靜，適合睡眠質量不好的朋友，散步跑步也非常合適。就是感覺配套康體設施好多沒有開放。房間窗户比較小。周邊美食找不到，吃飯衹有酒店或者外賣

酒店就在園博園內，環境確實很好，房間也可以，早餐不錯，比較適合帶長者來。
但是，硬傷是衞生間馬桶有水垢太臟，還有房間裏Wi-Fi幾乎沒信號，而且停車費貴要60元～

開車導航酒店非常準確，酒店服務人員主動熱情，房間乾淨整潔，從酒店出門便可進入園博園， 酒店配套小童樂園，孩子既可以在户外呼吸新鮮空氣，也可以在酒店裡消磨時光， 非常適合帶孩子來玩。
特別感謝前台的陳文軍和長富軍，孩子剛來酒店時有些吵鬧，他們耐心的給孩子介紹酒店，安撫孩子情緒。以後還會常來的

補了差價換成了心心念唸的小黃鴨房型，物有所值，房間乾淨整潔，小朋友設施用具很貼心，閨女很喜歡～下次還會帶孩子來住。酒店位置極佳，對面就是一個小瀑布，不過最喜歡的還是北京園，小朋友喜歡在那餵魚，庭院竹林特別適合穿古裝拍照……

在園博園裡，位置得天獨厚。秋天的園子真是美，自然的味道和各式建築都是亮點。比較美好的是，基本上隨意走出去散步一會兒都很容易走回到酒店。生活在美景裏的感覺真是愜意。入住時前台主動調整到向陽的房間。酒店管理有序，安靜的氛圍。雖然用餐的時候有些慢，但是反饋了意見得到了很好的迴應。非常感謝酒店管理人員的協調，誠意滿滿。娃在園子裏也特別開心。總之，還會再去的。
