Good location, effective services. The only issue is WiFi service in the room. Very difficult to get stable service, drop and disconnect very often

A good hotel for those looking for convenience in Beijing’s Zhongguancun tech area. Hotel is well appointed, rooms away from the street are quiet. Nearby construction is a bit cumbersome only at daytime.

Facilities: It's an old building, but it looks pretty good after the renovation.
Hygiene: It's pretty good, and there's always a cleaning lady at the front desk.
