酒店應該是收舊的漢庭自己做起來，酒店較舊但房間空間大也算整潔，舒適。是我訂過那麼多家這個價格區間酒店最喜歡的一家，特別保潔阿姨早上還幫我鋪回被子，而同等其他的等價快捷連鎖酒店則不會。性價比高，近地鐵口。地鐵口附近居民區都很多好吃的～

房間異味太大，衞生不乾淨，前台客户素質低下，服務態度惡劣，酒店安全感太差，公共設施安全質量問題太多，馬桶閥門壞，洗手池水龍頭滴水不停，馬桶蓋有裂縫，沒有及時發現更換，坐上去正常使用就斷了，臀部被扎傷，反應到前台，前台不做處理，反而一而再讓賠馬桶蓋，想換房間重新預訂，沒有解決問題的態度，前台服務態度特別惡劣，服務意識淡泊，處理問題能力低下，前台工作人員素質低下，無領導，聯繫不上，不給聯繫主管領導，豪不講理！希望能得到合理的解釋！

頭頂牆皮，隨時都會掉下來，洗澡的地方下水下不下去，反饋瞭然後下水道來及時給處理了，但是牆皮這個不知道現在有沒有弄好

酒店老舊位置難找，衞生極差，枕頭下有毛髮，説明床單枕套壓根沒換，床單有污漬，被罩非常臟，衞生間玻璃門上都是陳年牙膏沫，也根本沒有什麼服務可言！讓人感覺經營理念就是死豬不怕開水燙

很無語的酒店，沒有地暖，衹能靠空調暖氣暖身子，在零下負十度的天氣真的冷死了，而且酒店的裝修很差，很老氣，電視機是那種黑白的電視機看都看不了都不知道是幾百年前的電視機，水龍頭也是臟臟的有黑色的東西，臟死了無語死了

以前常來住這家漢庭，雖然設施陳舊些但服務一直不錯。現在改了名字估計是脱離了華住管理體系，這次住的體驗非常爛，房間電話是壞的，手機聯繫前台要水告訴自己下樓拿。入住登記時候前台態度就很差很不耐煩。直接從快捷賓館淪為火車站臟店的水平。下次來北京這邊不會再來這住了。

酒店就在地鐵站附近，上下樓要刷卡，外賣員也不能上樓衹能放門口規定的地方，感覺很安全很安心。房間衞生也不錯很乾凈，廁所也很乾凈沒有污漬和味道，這種價格在北京能租到這種品質的酒店真的很驚喜，好評！
