It is an excellent hotel to stay. Rooms are very spacious, larger than most other hotels in Beijing, and the lobby is grand and comfortable. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr Wang Xingsong （王薪淞）at the reception desk. I contacted him on Wechat on two occasions. He was very friendly and responded straight away, even on a weekend night when he was off duty, and resolved our requests straightaway on each occasion. Will definitely stay again.

不是感受好，都難得評價下。
1.前台明哲服務非常好，特別熱情好溝通，有求必應。
2.房間面積寬敞明亮不壓抑。
3.早餐種類豐富，美味、營養、健康。
4.礦泉水不夠可以按需免費提供，還有送水果。

從一進酒店就感受到酒店服務人員的熱情，辦理入住的時候還給免費升級房型，全程服務非常好，雖然是老酒店但是整體設施設備還是很不錯的，高端大氣，早餐也很不錯，尤其前台大堂經理張曉盼全程微笑服務，下次過來還會選擇這家酒店，點贊！

酒店交通方便，入住總體還是可以，比較安靜，服務也很好，早餐很豐富，就是毛巾有點舊了，不蓬鬆，感覺不是烘乾的。
需要改進的是淋浴房的擋水條設計錯誤，玻璃門上的水都流到淋浴房外面去的，每洗一次澡，衞生間裏全是水！
再就是酒店大堂的沙發不應該用淡顏色布藝做面料，感覺很臟

房間床墊很軟，也很有支撐，枕頭也有很多選擇，這次選擇的是蕎麥枕，要特別誇一下前台服務員明哲，因為是帶小朋友住的，特別送了小黃鴨的拖鞋，隨口提的手機快沒電，回房間就有服務員送的充電器，還貼心的推薦了周圍的景點，怎麼去比較方便，感覺真的是客人放在了心上，整個入住過程特別舒服，下次出差還會過來

來北京出差，入住在泰山飯店，大堂裝修比較大氣，房間空間大，乾淨，也比較安靜，前台小曹服務很好，主動聯繫贈送了早餐，延住給介紹了酒店的促銷活動，性價比很高，很滿意的服務
