Location good! The room that our family stayed in was not the same as shown online (Worn out! Not clean at all!). Some front desk staffs were good; however, some had major attitude problem.

The location is excellent. The walls of the room were old and requires paint. Otherwise it looked nice.

Girls at reception were so rude and check-in took forever even we were only customers. It was like comedy film, they werent interested on customers only for chattin for each other. Bed was okay, shower was like someone peeing on your head so dont go to this place

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for travel, close to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, the room is clean, Fangfang at the front desk has a very good service attitude, we stayed for another day, and helped us adjust the room, it was a good stay! Recommend! Highly recommend everyone to stay
