We booked this hotel for one night and chose it on purpose because it had a bathtub in the room. We had to have the room changed 3 times because the first one had no bathtub and the second had a broken one. Not to mention that we were supposed to get an upgrade as a Trip.com prize and the guy at the reception didn't seem to understand it (or care about it), even when I explained in Chinese.
The structure is pretty old and not very clean, with chipped floors, walls and tub. It's ok for a night, but not much more.

Came to Beijing Anzhen Hospital for business. The hotel is very close to the hospital. It's just a short walk away. The room is spacious and comfortable. Zhang Jun at the front desk provided excellent service. I hope you can continue to do so.

The air conditioning in the room is speechless 😑. It can only be turned on with natural wind and it is so hot that I couldn't sleep well the whole time. The next day, I asked for an electric fan, which was so noisy. I slept for one night with earplugs. If I wasn't traveling alone without a girlfriend, I would definitely not stay here again 😓

It's been a week since I left the hotel. I forgot to comment at the first time. The front desk receptionist Li Chaoran was enthusiastic, the reception was timely, and the process was professional. The housekeeping department cleaned the room and kept it clean and tidy. They put our personal belongings well. They could serve the needs of the guests in the first time and were considerate. We stayed for 6 nights and were very happy.
The security guy at the gate was considerate and helped us open and close the door at all times, making you feel warm in winter.
At the end of the check-out, Li Chaoran received us again. I also said that they had a beginning and an end. The leaders should be praised and rewarded, because their persistence in their posts can make us feel warm.
