It was an enjoyable stay. The location next to a modern and clean mall that has many food options is a big bonus. Subway station entrance is also next to the mall. The room does show its age from the older way of constructing shower areas and toilet. The pillows offered needs to be improved.

The location is fantastic as it’s connected to the Raffles City mall, which is just above the subway line 2.
The service and reception are very hospitable and helpful. In fact, we found some stains on the bedsheets, and they immediately came and changed it. We really appreciate the response and actions taken.
Overall, it’s a nice stay. Especially recommend it for the family traveling. And we will come back again for sure.

As a family of four with two toddlers we enjoyed our stay and our needs were met and satisfied. The staff is enthusiastic and communicated well. The swimming pool (with the shallow end for kids) and gym have all you need though both may get crowed at time. The breakfast had both Chinese and Western choices. The location is great: proximity to the city center, subway station line 2, two malls with cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, and a supermarket - everything you need. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and would definitely come back to this hotel, shall we get back to Beijing.

Hotel room size is good,swimming pool and gym are nice. Breakfast choices are fantastic,staffs are helpful.Hotel is just above subway station,very convenient to travel to tourist attractions.

Always my one of my top choices in Beijing for convenience when getting to the airport and for nearby restaurants. Ascott properties feel like home.
Hotel is a bit dated but still in great shape overall.

Great location in proximity to shops and just beside Raffles City. Direct access to the metro. The breakfast spread is adequate with more Chinese options. The rooms are spacious and bedding comfortable.
