DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! EVERYTHING IS BAD.
The rooms are dark and gloomy, windows are small and broken, beds are super hard. The carpets in the room are so filthy. Rooms are not 100% clean. This was supposed to be a beautiful resort, the Coffee shop was closed, there was no one in the spa, the staff at the hot springs were so rude. The hot Springs are situated in the basement. It's not very good. Most of the amenities at the hotel is not in use. We were suffocating in our bedroom, we got an upgrade to a better room but the the new upgraded room had no fresh air. No air conditioning, we had to request a fan because it was so hot in the room during winter. Our room didn't have face towels, nor a hairdryer. Breakfast was so so, the cold meats were really good. The whole hotel felt like a ghost town.
